Villa Belle Vue

Set on the heights of the Californie district, the villa looks out over the bay of Cannes and the Lerins islands. The infinity pool extends the terrace and merges with the sea at sunset. Each of the five bedrooms has its own shower room, the kitchen opens straight onto the garden, and the main living room stays cool even in the heart of August.

The house is maintained all year round by our teams. Linen is provided, the property is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave, and someone meets you on site at the hour you choose, however late.

The neighbourhood

Californie is the residential district of Cannes, on the hillside, quiet and green. Allow eight minutes by car to the Palais des Festivals, ten to the harbour, and twenty to Nice airport. The nearest bakery is four hundred metres away.
